Calling all early birds! Chalk marking for booth spaces, check-in for the artists and umbrella installation all takes place the morning of the event.

Assists in the parking of all volunteers and vendors in the morning and the safe departure at the end of the event. Additional parking volunteers needed at off-site locations.

Must submit photo of license to events@thequietresorts.com. Help shuttle volunteers and vendors from reserved parking areas to their assigned location!

Sign up to be assigned to a designated area to assist relieve artists for a short amount of time (restroom, food/water breaks!). Booth-sitters are not allowed to *SELL* but will watch over booth artwork to deter any theft and keep potential customers aware that artist will return soon!

Shift Time: Saturday, September 6: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Provide information to Arts Festival guests, assists with surveying and distribution of bags & programs. Information booths will be located on Garfield, Parkwood, and at the bandstand. Set Up/Tear Down tasks included in designated shift.

Gathers, monitors, and assists in contacting the winners of the artists donated pieces

Assist the Chamber & artists with the dismantling of the event.
